Bag Filter System Design

1、Generally illustration for design and working process.

This dust removal system collects and delivers the dust air through duct pipe system from the workshop by the suction fan to LDMC bag filter.

The dust will be stopped and be sticked on the outside of the bag, the clean air will be discharged into the outside environment under the suction of fan. Dust catching rate is up to 99.99%. The bag cleaning system is adopted the advanced impulse spray way being worked automatically.

This system is negative air pressure working way and adopt Auto bag cleaning by impulse controlled compressed air flow.

3、Feature and Key part-Filter material introduction

3.1. Feature.
. Dust catching rate is up to 99.99%.
. Down airflow design prevents secondary dust emission.
. Impulse spray pipe-cleaning system assures long-term stable operation of this system.
. Envelopment type oblate bag offers the biggest filtration area.
. Horizontal insert type structure is selected for filter bag to change it at any time with safe operation and easy maintenance.
. Different filter materials are supply for different applications.
. Module type design shows flexible volume.
. After antiseptic treatment, each part is endurable and nice and suitable for environmental extreme.

3.2 Key part-Filter material introduction

. Long service life. The filter material made in Germany is free of maintenance within two years.
. Abrasion resistant, strong air permeability, low pressure drop and energy consumption.
. Oil resistant and water proof. Bearing dust moisture is up to 35% and relative humidity 95%.
. No taking dust. Bearing dust concentration is up to 300g/m3 (Equipment with a deposition chamber. Bearing dust concentration is up to 1000g/m3)
. Filter 0.03um-0.2um particles. Filter efficiency is 99.99%.
. Use temperature is up to 250℃.
